Carnelian Woods complex is across the street from Sierra Boat and Garwoods with beach access, boating, golf and restaurants all nearby. This is a partnership which has been running since 1980, very stable. Your tenth ownership gets you five weeks per year on a rotating basis and partners trade weeks all the time. You pay one fee per year of approximately $7500 and then everything is taken care of for you from bills, maintenance, repairs and weekly maid service. You show up for your week, enjoy, drop used linens in the bathroom and go home. You have no ongoing duties.
